Jim and his staff were great for my recent wedding.

They were super helpful and accommodating, providing a lot of useful info and adjusting our order the week of the event.  The weather at our event changed from extremely hot to rain and then very nice, and Jim was awesome through it all, starting beverage service early and making sure everyone had what they needed.  Highly recommend!
